Is All-on-4 or All-on-X better?
All-on-4 is a fixed protocol using four implants per arch. All-on-X means the number and position of implants (usually four to six, sometimes with pterygoid or zygomatic implants) is chosen for your bone. A dentist who only offers a fixed four-implant package may be limiting you; ask how the implant count is decided for your anatomy.
