No. A membership plan is a direct plan between you and our office. There are no claims to file, no deductibles, and no waiting periods on included services. The one exception is the 90-day waiting period on prosthetic remake coverage in the Noland Forever Smile plan. Treatment discounts are capped at $2,000 of savings per year on Essential Care and $3,000 on Executive Care.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with dental insurance. The plan is built for patients who don't have insurance, or whose insurance doesn't cover the care they want.
Right away. Essential Care and Executive Care benefits begin the moment you enroll. Forever Smile benefits also begin immediately, except remake coverage, which starts after 90 days.

Yes. Essential Care and Executive Care members can add a spouse ($22/mo on Essential, $30/mo on Executive) and up to three children ($15/mo under 12, $19/mo ages 13–18). If you've been diagnosed with periodontal (gum) disease, the periodontal maintenance add-on ($15/mo) gives you four maintenance visits a year in place of the two cleanings; deep cleanings and other gum treatment are billed as treatment with your member discount.
No. The Essential and Executive discounts apply to general and restorative treatment (fillings, crowns, single implants, and so on), up to $2,000 of savings per year on Essential Care and $3,000 on Executive Care. All-on-X and other full-arch implant treatment is priced separately and is not discounted under the membership. Patients who have had full-arch surgery with Dr. Noland are eligible for the Noland Forever Smile plan instead, which includes maintenance and 15% off revision surgery. Using the discount on a treatment plan of $2,500 or more commits you to 12 months of membership.
Forever Smile is available only to All-on-X (full-arch) patients whose surgery was personally performed by Dr. Conner Noland at Noland Implants & Aesthetics. It is not available for full-arch work done by another provider. If that's you, it's the simplest way to keep your new smile maintained and protected.
