When a patient needs full-arch implants, sedation, or more than your schedule allows, send them to Dr. Conner Noland in Heber Springs. We take good care of them, keep you informed at every step, and send them back to you for the care you already provide.
The cases we take on.
Dr. Noland places every implant himself, and our own lab makes the teeth. These are the patients other dentists most often send us.
Full-arch implants
All-on-X treatment for one or both arches, with fixed teeth on surgery day and a final zirconia arch made in our lab.
Failing dentition
Patients with teeth that can no longer be saved, who want to go straight to fixed teeth instead of dentures.
Denture wearers
Patients unhappy with a removable denture who want teeth that stay in and let them eat what they like.
"Not enough bone"
Patients who were told they are not candidates. Dr. Noland can treat almost anybody, and a consult with a 3D scan gives them a clear answer.
Anxious patients
IV sedation and general anesthesia, with Jarrod Duke, CRNA, on our staff for full-arch surgeries.
Single and multiple implants
We place the implant and send your patient back to you to restore it. The crown is yours: your scan, your lab, your fee.

Simple for your front desk, and you always know where your patient is.

Download the referral sheet below and fax or email it with any radiographs. Your patient can also just call us and mention your office.
We call your patient
Our team reaches out to schedule a consultation within 2 business days. The consultation includes a 3D CBCT scan.
You get the plan
After the consult we send you a short summary: findings, the treatment plan, and whether the patient is moving forward.
Surgery and teeth
Single implants: Dr. Noland places the implant, and once it has healed your patient returns to you for the crown. Full-arch: we complete treatment through the final teeth. Either way, we let you know when surgery is done and what comes next.
Back to you
Your patient stays your patient. Full-arch patients return to you for cleanings, exams and ongoing maintenance of their implants. We stay available for anything implant related.
About the practice.
- One surgeon. Dr. Conner Noland, DDS, General Dentistry, places every implant. Hundreds of full arches, ICOI Fellowship approved (2026), member of the AAID.
- Our own lab. Teeth are designed and milled down the hall and finished by our master ceramist, Jessica Long.
- Sedation on site. IV sedation and general anesthesia with Jarrod Duke, CRNA.
- 3D planning. CBCT imaging and digital design for every full-arch case.
- Out-of-town patients. Records on day one, surgery on day two, adjustments on day three. Patients drive in from Little Rock, Conway, Searcy, Jonesboro and farther.
- Financing. Proceed Finance, LendingClub and Cherry, so cost is less often the reason a patient says no.

Takes about two minutes. We confirm receipt with your office and contact the patient directly.
