Dr. Noland plans and performs every implant surgery in the practice himself, from the CBCT scan through the final delivery. His focus is All-on-X full-arch restoration, and he can treat almost anybody, including patients who have been told they do not have enough bone.

Yes. With the All-on-X technique, implants are placed and a fixed set of temporary teeth is attached in a single visit, so most patients leave surgery day with a full smile. Your custom final zirconia teeth are made in our in-house lab after the implants have healed.
Cost depends on the number of implants, your bone condition, and the type of final restoration. Our quotes are all-inclusive and given at a free consultation with 3D imaging. All-on-4 uses four implants per arch and All-on-6 uses six. All-on-X means the number and position of implants is chosen for your anatomy and bone quality rather than a fixed template. Dr. Noland plans every case this way from your CBCT scan.
Often, yes. Dr. Noland can treat almost anybody, including patients who were told elsewhere that they do not have enough bone. Pterygoid implants anchor in denser bone behind the jaw when the back of the jaw has resorbed. Many patients who were told they were not candidates elsewhere have been treated here without bone grafting.
You wear fixed temporary teeth while the implants fuse to the bone. That healing phase is typically 3 to 5 months, depending on bone quality and how you heal. Once integration is confirmed, your final zirconia teeth are designed and made in our lab.
