What to Expect at Your Free Dental Implant Consultation

October 21, 2026 Dr. Conner Noland, DDS Heber Springs, AR

We're looking forward to meeting you! If your consultation is coming up soon, here's a quick look at what the visit will be like, so you can walk in knowing exactly what happens and when. No surprises, no pressure, and plenty of time for your questions.

Plan on 60 to 90 minutes. Our office likes to take our time with you and make sure every question has been answered. There's no rush. The visit has three simple parts, and every one of them is about you.

Part One: Getting to Know You

You'll start with our treatment coordinator. This part is a conversation, not an exam. She'll want to hear what's bothering you, what you've tried before, and most importantly, what you want life to look like when we're done. Maybe it's eating steak again, smiling big in family photos, or simply never thinking about your teeth again. Whatever it is, we love hearing it, because your goals guide everything that comes next.

Part Two: Time With Dr. Noland

Next, you'll sit down with me. I'll do an exam and we'll look at your 3D CBCT scan together. The scan lets me see your jawbone and the structures around it, and I'll show you what I see on the screen so you understand it too. For many patients, this is the first time they've seen a clear picture of what's going on, and it's where the plan starts to take shape.

Then I'll give you one clear recommendation. Not a long menu of options to sort through on your own, but the plan I believe fits you best, and why. I plan and perform every implant surgery in the practice myself, so the person explaining your plan is the same person who will carry it out. If you have questions, ask away. That's exactly what this time is for, and there's no such thing as a silly one.

Good to know: the consultation is free, and you're not committing to anything by coming in. You can listen, take it all in, and decide on your own timeline. The whole visit is simply about getting you answers.

Part Three: Your Customized Treatment Plan and Next Steps

To finish, I'll pass you back off to the treatment coordinator. She'll walk you through your customized treatment plan in plain language and go over financing, so you leave knowing exactly what comes next and feeling good about it.

Many of our patients finance their treatment at a comfortable monthly payment. We work with Proceed Finance and LendingClub, and the coordinator can help you see what a monthly plan could look like. If you're ready to move forward, she'll get you scheduled right then. If you'd like to go home and think it over, that's completely fine too. Either way, you'll walk out with a clear path forward.

Bring Someone Along

We encourage you to bring your spouse, or whoever helps you make big decisions. It helps to have a second set of ears, and they'll get to ask their own questions and hear the plan straight from me. Many people find it makes the whole visit feel easier, and more fun.

What to Bring

You've Already Done the Hardest Part

I also want to take a minute to congratulate you on completing the hardest part of this process. The first phone call is the biggest and most difficult step, and you've already taken it. That takes real courage, and we're excited to meet the person who made that call. You'll leave the consultation with a clear picture, a plan you understand, and a team that's genuinely thrilled to help you. Our implants carry a 98% success rate, our full arch teeth come with a 5-year prosthetic warranty, and they're designed in our own dental lab. What our patients love most, though, is what comes after: enjoying meals again, laughing freely, and feeling confident in their smile.

You don't need to have anything figured out before you come in. That's our job. Just bring your questions, and we'll take it from there.

If you're feeling a few butterflies, that's completely normal, and they usually fade within the first few minutes. Our patients tell us all the time that the visit was easier and more enjoyable than they expected, and we can't wait to show you why. See you soon!

See You Soon

If anything comes up before your visit, or you need to change your appointment time, just give us a call. We're happy to help. Dr. Noland places dental implants for patients in Heber Springs, AR, from across Arkansas, and from nearby states.
